My acts of kindness are to simply remember family and others in prayer. Giving someone a glass of water is a kindness. So is laughing with someone or sharing their sorrow. Thanks for letting us recall the kindness we feel.

Due to ten years working at St Vincent’s Hospital in the Department of Community Medicine…I was assigned to treat a young child who had been kidnapped and assaulted. I treated her from the age of 9 to age 20. She published her book Buried Memories” and now helps other survivors of sexual abuse. I am forever grateful to St Vincent’s for teaching me and preparing me to work as a psychotherapist in this very difficult field.
