Sculptor Sr. Margaret Beaudette, SC, created the lovely Mission Award; two hands – one male, one female –  embracing a flame. Sr. Dorothy Metz presented the awards to principals from the sponsored ministries who earned recognition for their years of dedicated service.

Archbishop Timothy Dolan spoke to the guests during the cocktail hour, then went around the room for individual conversations.

the journal of the American Hospital Association.
It featured Mother Loretto Bernard Beagan, RN, winner of the AHS’s
Distinguished Service Award. Mother Bernard served as
Mother General of the Congregation 1960-66.
