
The Silver Jubilarian was:
Sr. Claire E. Regan, SC, has been her
congregation’s Coordinator of Justice
Effectiveness & Corporate
Responsibility since 1999. The prior
year, she was a program assistant at
the Interfaith Center on Corporate
Responsibility. That was preceded by
five years as Director of the Elizabeth
Seton Housing Project in Manhattan.
Earlier ministries included five and a half
years as a client advocate with the
Little Sisters of the Assumption in
Manhattan, and two years as assistant
administrator at St. Joseph
MedicalCenter in Yonkers.
Sr. Claire has served on the boards of Bayley-Seton Hospital (1990-95), the NYC Coalition Against Hunger (1988-92), and, for the past seven years, has been on the board of Seton House and Casa Cecilia, permanent housing programs for homeless families sponsored by the Sisters of Charity of New York.
